All orders placed on this website, are subject to acceptance at our discretion. If we do not accept the order (which is rare) we will let you know why and refund the cancelled order promptly.
Orders & Shipping
Orders selected for pick up must be collected from our registered kitchen located in Tainui, Dunedin. Exact pickup address will be provided on your order confirmation email.
Deliveries are available in the Dunedin city area only. The postcodes that we offer delivery to are as follows: 9010, 9011, 9012, 9013, 9016, 9018, 9024, 9092 and 9076. We can sometimes offer deliveries in the wider Otago region for custom cakes such as wedding cakes, please get in touch to enquire.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to your order pickup/delivery.
Daily order limits are set as I am a one woman band and can only bake so much per day. If you find your chosen date is unavailable at checkout, this will be due to the fact that I'm fully booked, closed for your chosen day, or you are trying to book too far into the future. If you have a last minute order or are wanting to book far ahead of time, please feel free to get in touch and I'll try to accomodate you.
If you choose for your order to be delivered, please ensure someone is home for delivery or will be home within a few hours of your delivery time. Sun and baked goods/icing are not the best of friends and we do not take responsibility for the damage of any baked goods once they have been delivered to your chosen delivery address. Leaving a chilly bin out if you are not going to be home is a great idea!
If you have an allergy, it is strongly recommended you check the allergen warning to ensure your order is suitable for your consumption. If you have a severe allergy to any of the allergens stated in our warning, our baking is unfortunately not suitable for your consumption.
Privacy Policy
We use PayPal as our online payment system and rely on PayPal to keep your financial information secure. Your credit card information is not stored or captured at any time on our website or by us. All prices are displayed in NZD.
You authorise us, or our agents, to access, collect retain and use any information about you obtained from your access to this website (“your information”) for purposes of: marketing, providing products on our website and contacting you about your order. You shall have the right to request a copy of your information from us, and request that we correct any incorrect information held.
